A Slitting Line Installed specially for the Coils of TATA STEEL in POSHS METAL INDUSTRIES, Chakan, Pune.

A Slitting Line Installation done in line with a CPC line of RED BUD INDUSTRIES. This Slitting line is a combination of Precision leveling, Polishing (CPC), Slitting and recoiling. First there is a Precision 4 HI Leveler which levels the sheet, this sheet is fed to the CPC unit supplied by REDBUD INDUSTRIES. and then the output is processed for Slitting in to various widths and recoiled for further use.
