       CARTEL has more than 15 years of experience in making Cut To Length lines. CARTEL offers turnkey press feeding lines, cut-to-length and stamping systems for flexible sheet metal processing as well as coil preparation lines for roll formers. 

       CARTEL has made CTL Lines for processing high- tensile material and stainless steel. CARTEL Cut To Length lines are in use at leading manufactures for sheet metal processing, steel-service-centers and the automotive industry.

A CR CTL Loop Line - 0.8mm to 2.5mm thickness x 1800mm wide

Consisting of a Single Arm Decoiler, Precision 6 Hi Leveler and Servo Feeder, Hi speed Hydraulic shear and Auto drop Stacker.

A HR CTL start stop type with a Hydra 6 "swing arm shear".

This line is a newly developed "PLUG and PLAY Line"

          CARTEL has over a period of experiance, developed a lot of new technically advanced features for the CUT TO LENGTH Lines. Our Research and development team is always in a race to find improvements to conventional systems and come out with better solutions.

          Our development on the conventional lines started with the Die block Flying Shear - "ROTOFLY 1" and the Precision 6 Hi Leveler. This is a Pneumatic clutch break operated, servo driven Flying Shear. Further we have made Hydraulic Hi speed flying shear's "ROTOFLY 4".

          CARTEL has supplied the - TRAPIZOIDAL CTL Line for many automobile industries, these lines are Hi speed lines (40 to 60 Cuts per Minute) which give trapizoidal cut sheets at various angles.
